Responsibilities:
Oversee network infrastructure; which may involve designing, analyzing and plan implementation in network infrastructure and security.
Effective provisioning, installation, configuration and maintenance of user's hardware and software and related IT infrastructure (network, system, database).
Troubleshooting server problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Supporting IT Systems, Workstation Support
Working with IT vendors to quickly resolve hardware, system, communication, and quality of service issues.
Spearhead IT projects for both client and internal requirements
Team management; which may involve personnel training, performance evaluation, coaching, and discipline.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
Experience working on any smb/enterprise-level wireless technology devices like Cisco Aironet, Rckus, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, and equivalent is an advantage.
Organization and detail oriented Excellent customer support skills.
1-2 years experience in desktop support and networking.
Problem solving and writing skills.
Team collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work on and coordinate multiple tasks.
Self-starter who can operate with limited supervision and willing to work hard,when needed.
Must be reliable.
Good english commmunication.
CCNA is an advantage.
