Responsibilities:
Oversee network infrastructure; which may involve designing, analyzing and plan implementation in network infrastructure and security.
Effective provisioning, installation, configuration and maintenance of user's hardware and software and related IT infrastructure (network, system, database).
Troubleshooting server problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Supporting IT Systems, Workstation Support.
Working with IT vendors to quickly resolve hardware, system, communication, and quality of service issues.
Spearhead IT projects for both client and internal requirements.
Team management; which may involve personnel training, performance evaluation, coaching and discipline.
Qualifications:
A capacity to work with people on different levels of the organization. This includes having the right attitude in leading a team and working with people from different departments.
Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
Experience in Windows environment, Active Directory, Cisco Devices, Storage Area Network.
Experience in team management and project management is required.
CCDA is an advantage.
CCNA (Cisco), MCP (Microsoft), VMware or similar certification would be an advantage.
